About Robert G. Slugg, Attorney
Robert G. Slugg (Bob) has more than 18 years of law experience, concentrating in all areas of real estate, including Bank Owned (REO), foreclosure, commercial sales and leasing, and U.S. Government forfeiture/seizure properties, as well as wills and trusts, bankruptcy and contract law.
Early in his career, Bob worked in the areas of residential and commercial title issues in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He has advised and managed title insurance agents.
Before entering private practice, he worked as general counsel for a medical products firm concentrating on contract, business lending, employment, international business and real estate issues.
Bob is a member of the Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia Bars, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. Federal Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Maryland Federal District Court, the Virginia Bar Association and the Fairfax Bar Association.
